House and garden are heritage listed. The cool climate garden features rhododendrons, daffodils and bluebells in spring, roses and lavender in summer, and cool climate autumn colour. The house includes large reception areas that take advantage of the Blue Mountains views and warm northern sun. Generous indoor space means that Marquees are not needed. • Beautiful garden venue, with a choice of locations for a ceremony • Magnificent setting for photos • Sit down, buffet or cocktail style receptions • No need to hire • Commercial kitchen facilities • We provide catering or organise your own • Currently BYO and no corkage charges • On site accommodation for up to 16 persons • Includes private ‘Chauffeur’s cottage’ in the garden • On site parking provided Conditions Apply: • Maximum number of guests - 60 persons • House and cottage must be rented for the night following the reception • Saturday weddings -house and cottage must be rented for two days (minimum) • Functions of more than 25 adults must finish by 9.30 pm. We recommend a lunch or afternoon wedding to make best use of our garden. |
