Silvermere - Deposits and Cancellation policies

Deposits

For all accommodation a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

In all cases the full accommodation fee is payable for cancellations within 7 days of the booking.

 

‘Single bookings’.

This policy applies to single bookings of guesthouse rooms, bookings for the Chauffeur’s cottage and the Dairy.
A $50 administration fee up is payable for cancellations up to 14 days before the first day of your booked accommodation. For cancellations from 14 to 7 days before booked accommodation the 25% deposit is forfeited.

 

Group bookings

This policy applies to group booking (self contained or B and B) in Silvermere guesthouse.
A $50 administration fee is payable for cancellations up to 2 months before the first day of your booked accommodation. For cancellations within two months of the booked accommodation the 25% deposit is forfeited.

 

Weddings and functions

Accommodation  component. A $100 administration fee is payable for cancellation up to 6 months before the first day of your booked accommodation. For cancellations within two months of the booked accommodation the 25% deposit is forfeited.


Catering component: A 25% Deposit (which non-refundable) is required 2 months before the date.
