The guesthouse is a large *State Heritage listed Mediterranean style villa ~ built in 1923 set amongst 6000 sq metres of cool climate garden with spectacular views to the World Heritage Blue Mountains National park. This Blue Mountains retreat venue is perfect for special family events, reunions and celebrations, and as an intimate conference venue.

All rooms are individually decorated with hand made quilts, original art work and a mixture of antique and modern furnishings.
